How do I keep track of paint in a body shop?
Paint, clear and primer are received into stock. The painter records each mix in the job, and exactly what was mixed is written off. Per car you see the usage; in stock you see what is running out.
The customer says the dent was there before.
Open the check-in record: damage on the body diagram, photos and the customer’s signature with the date. Marks stay in the car’s history.
Does it calculate estimates with Audatex?
No, there is no Audatex connection. You build the quote from your own price list and parts and send it to the customer as a link.
