Evimarko Studio Catalog Rules
Version of 26.10.2026
These Rules set out how the Evimarko studio catalog (evimarko.com) is compiled, where information about studios comes from, how a studio owner can change or remove its listing, and how reviews are published. The catalog operator is [details to be provided] (hereinafter, “Evimarko”).
1. Which studios are in the catalog
- Studios that are Evimarko users and have themselves enabled display in the catalog. The information in their listings (name, address, contacts, services, prices, photos, opening hours) is entered and changed by the studio itself in the CRM; the studio is responsible for its accuracy.
- Listings from open sources — studios that do not use Evimarko. For these, only public business information that the studio has itself made public is shown: name, address or area of operation, public telephone number, website, social media pages, types of services, opening hours. Such listings are marked “Information from open sources”; Evimarko does not claim to have a contract with such a studio.
- The catalog is for information purposes only. Evimarko is not a party to arrangements between a studio and a client and is not responsible for the quality of studios’ services, their prices or their adherence to bookings.
2. Rights of the studio owner
- The owner or an authorised representative of a studio may at any time:
- require that inaccurate information in the listing be corrected;
- require that a listing from open sources be removed — using the “Request removal” form on the studio’s page or by email to [email protected];
- claim the listing (“This is my studio”) and manage it through Evimarko.
- A request is normally reviewed within 2 business days (and no later than 30 days). Evimarko may ask for confirmation that the applicant represents the studio. A listing removed at the owner’s request will not be re-created from open sources.
- If the studio is a sole proprietor (FOP), information about it may constitute personal data; such data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (informing about services) in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and the owner has all the rights of a data subject, including the right to object to processing.
3. Reviews
- Reviews are collected only for studios that are Evimarko users. No reviews are collected or published for listings from open sources.
- A review may be left only by a person who has been a client of the studio. For verification, the author provides a telephone number, which is not published and is used solely for moderation.
- Each review is published after moderation. We do not publish: reviews from persons who were not clients; reviews written by a studio about itself or its competitors; advertising, spam, insults, threats, personal data of third parties, or knowingly false statements.
- The text and the author’s name of a published review are not edited. A studio may not delete or hide an honest review; it may report a breach of these Rules, in which case the review is checked again.
- A studio’s rating is calculated solely on the basis of genuine published reviews. Evimarko never creates fake reviews and does not sell ratings.
4. Display order
The order of studios in the catalog is determined automatically, taking into account: city and type of services, whether the studio has an active Evimarko plan, completeness of the listing (services, prices, online booking), and rating based on reviews. Paid promotion is possible only with a visible label, as required by the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”.
5. Liability and changes
Information in the catalog is provided “as is”. Evimarko takes reasonable steps to keep it up to date but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy for listings from open sources. Evimarko may amend these Rules by publishing a new version on this page. Evimarko users are also governed by the Terms of Use.
